Monart Destination Spa – Residential Terms and Conditions

Covid-19 Updates:

Our priority is to ensure a most enjoyable stay for you and all our guests. As covid-19 continues to impact on our communities, we have implemented a number of stringent control measures across every department of our destination spa. Here is a quick guideline update which may be new to our customers upon their return to Monart:

(-) Should you feel unwell, have a fever, a cough or shortness of breath we ask that you cancel your stay with us and we will be more than happy to rearrange for you to visit at a different time.

(-) Upon arrival at Monart, guests will be asked to remain in their car and as soon as possible a member of our concierge team will then welcome and lead you through to check in at reception to begin your Monart experience.

(-) Please consider utilising the link to “Check in Online” in order to help make your check in as efficient as possible.

(-) Where possible please check in online at least 24 hours prior to arrival. A credit or debit card will be required at check in for pre authorisation. On the day of checkout, you shall be furnished with a bill which will then be charged to the card you provided.

(-) In order to maximise your experience at Monart, it is very important to pre-book treatments and your dinner arrangements.  If you have not already made these arrangements at the time of booking, our reservations team are here to help you. Please contact us as soon as possible, before your arrival in order to ensure all arrangements are made for you.

(-) If you have a treatment booked please ensure to fill in your online consultation form. This is important to ensure we reduce contact time at arrival to spa reception. We politely ask if you would kindly copy and share the link to our consultation form online highlighted below with any travelling companion to your booking prior to arrival.

(-) Please note as part of our COVID protocols, all guests will be quickly temperature checked prior to entry to the Spa.

General Terms & Conditions:


Our check-in time and spa access is from 3:00pm. Check-out time is 12:00 noon. We have created an online check in system as part of our covid policies. You can check in online at anytime but we advise at least 24 hours in advance of your stay – Check In Online 


Please ensure you pre-book all your dining times with us at Monart prior to arrival. This is important to help us maintain social distancing within our building. 

(-) Monart is adhering to all published health protocols for the hotel industry.

(-) No more than 6 persons at a table.

(-) Multiple table bookings are not allowed.

(-) Alcohol is to be served only with a substantial meal.

(-) Alcohol may be served one hour prior to a diner reservation for residents only.

(-) Alcohol / Food service must cease by 11:30pm


To ensure you receive a treatment and/or the treatment of your choice it is imperative that all treatments are booked at the time of your reservation to avoid disappointment. We will endeavour to schedule your chosen private treatment, however due to the immense popularity and to ensure parity for all our guests, restrictions may apply.

Thermal Suite: 

As part of your stay at Monart you have access to our state of the art Thermal Suite. Our steam room is the only experience closed due to Covid-19. All other cabins will operate as normal but with restricted numbers. 

Cancellation Policy:

Cancelling a room or stay: Thank you for securing your stay with us with your credit card. Our cancellation policy is 72 hours prior to your arrival date. If you cancel 72 hours or more prior to your arrival there will be no charge.

However, cancellations made after 72 hours prior to your arrival will incur a full one night accommodation charge. If you cancel within the 72 hours and have treatments booked as part of your stay they will be charged at 50%. In your own interest all amendments or cancellations must be made by e-mail or phone (00353 (0)5392 38999) to our reservations department.

Cancelling a treatment: If you come to Monart and stay with us please be advised that if you fail to show for a pre-booked spa treatment that treatment/s will be charged at 100%. 

Important times:

Garden Lounge: 12:30pm – 7.30pm

Restaurant: 7:00pm – 9.30pm

Afternoon Tea: 3:00pm – 4.30pm
