Irish Afternoon
An African and Indian blended tea. This blend has a rich golden, orange colour when brewed. It’s flavour is strong and full bodied, perfect for an afternoon ‘pick me up’.

Earl Grey
A large black leaf tea from China. One of the most well known and well liked flavours of black tea, with the subtle citrus addition of bergamot orange. It is smooth,silky and beautifully balanced.

Darjeeling
This Indian Tea is referred to as the ‘Champagne’ of teas. Darjeelings are the highest grown teas in the world. Light body and golden or amber in colour, Darjeelings can have a sweet Muscat flavour with a hint of tannin and spice.

Assam
A full bodied black tea, grown high in the north of India. Assam is one of the world’s oldest varieties. It is a strong, hearty, robust tea with a deep bronze colour and malty flavour prized by connoisseurs.

Lapsang
A large black leaf tea from the Fujian Province in China. It is smoked over pine fires which produces a distinct smoky tea with a silky tarriness and a wonderful depth of flavour. Winston Churchill took his with Scotch.

Oolong
This semi fermented 1st Grade First Flush Tea combines the best qualities of Green Tea and Black Tea and is highly appreciated for its energising properties and depth of flavour. It is considered in China to be an anti-ageing tea.
